During my internship at Studio Überdutch, I worked on the exhibition “Voor het gehele Nederlandsche volk 200 jaar Eerste en Tweede Kamer der Staten-Generaal” about the Dutch Parliament. The exhibition was exposed till April 2016 in and outside the House of Representatives.
Together with my colleagues I created the interactive exhibition. Outside people were triggered by concrete columns with metal plates with texts, and wooden objects. Following these columns would lead a visitor to the entrance of the House of Representatives and the exhibition inside where several themes have been highlighted through the same objects as outside, but accompanied with more profound explanations, movies and images.
Important factors in designing the exhibition were the broad target group, the interactivity of the exhibition and the fact that the style of the exhibition should match the House of Representatives.
